The City of South San Francisco City Council and San Mateo County Oversight Board approved our 800-unit residential development including 158 affordable units, landscape, park and open space, offsite improvements, a childcare center and market hall.  Thank you to the City of South San Francisco and our partners as we move to groundbreaking in 2026.

We are underway with managing the seismic renovation and development of the 277-bed student housing project for UC Law San Francisco (formerly Hastings) at their 28-story historic tower in San Francisco.
