Christina Burke is a Project Director for KASA Partners.
Christina is a seasoned professional in real estate development and project management. She has 20 years of professional experience encompassing all phases of project development, ranging from site acquisition and due diligence, through feasibility design, permitting, and construction phases, to post-occupancy management. She has developed strong relationships with design consultants, contractors, vendors, financial partners and other industry professionals.
Christina was the Project Manager on Autodesk’s new showcase gallery and executive briefing suites at the historic 1 Market building in San Francisco. She was the lead Project Director for the 890,000 square foot tenant improvement project for Salesforce in Salesforce Tower in San Francisco. Christina’s strength lies in her ability to bring disparate groups and perspectives together to move a project moving forward. This has proven to be the most coveted skill required to complete such a complicated endeavor.
Prior to the Salesforce project, Christina was KASA’s lead Project Manager on the SFMOMA museum expansion project. Her agility in untangling gridlocked decisions allowed SFMOMA to complete work prior to its grand opening. She received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from California State University, Chico and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Jordan Etra is a Construction Manager for KASA Partners.
Jordan’s project management and owner representation experience spans over 20 years with expertise in commercial project and construction management. He has a broad knowledge of the building code, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and has a strong grasp of the design and construction process. He is focused on streamlining process and logistics and proactively addresses obstacles to bring complex projects to completion – on schedule and within budget.
Jordan was Construction Manager for the Swiss Consulate - Swissnex tenant improvement project at Pier 17, a historic warehouse adaptive reuse project in San Francisco. He managed the construction on the 890,000 square foot tenant improvement project for Salesforce’s headquarters at Salesforce Tower in San
Francisco. He worked closely with the general contractor, subcontractors, engineers, landlord and building engineering teams. His experience in base building systems was invaluable in working through complex mechanical, electrical and BMS issues.
Prior to KASA, Jordan was Project Manager with the Exploratorium Global Studios, where he managed infrastructure improvements within the 120,000 square foot historical pier building at Pier 17. Jordan studied Engineering and Psychology at the University of California, Santa Cruz and did coursework in Economics and Political Science / Government at Harvard University Extension School.

Betsy Sandidge is a Project Manager for KASA Partners.
Betsy has over twenty-five years of experience covering all aspects of design and construction as an architect and construction manager. This varied background gives Betsy a unique perspective that adds significant insights to her work as a project manager. Betsy was a Senior Associate at Gensler where she oversaw a large variety of projects including the renovation of the Fairmont San Francisco which included all public spaces, over 600 guest rooms, restaurants, meeting rooms and ballrooms. The Fairmont project included documentation for placing the building on the National Register of Historic Places and as well as a successful application for historic tax credits.
Betsy is an active member of AIA San Francisco where she is chair of the Historic Resources Committee, the Association of Preservation Technology, California Preservation Foundation and the National Trust. Betsy received a Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Washington State University.
